Tea Concentrates
These ratios are for a 100% sweet drink.
For more sweet, use more concentrate. For less sweet, use more milk/water!
Enjoy before best by date & keep refrigerated.
Black Tea

Classic Milk Tea - 1 of concentrate to 3 of milk (1:3 ratio).

Iced (Sparkling) Tea - 1 of concentrate to 5 of (sparkling) water (1:5 ratio) for a refreshing pick-me-up.
For an aesthetically pleasing look, pour our concentrate last!

Oolong Tea

Classic Milk Tea - 1 concentrate to 1 milk (1:1 ratio).

Sparkling Tea - 1 concentrate to 2 sparkling water (1:2 ratio) for a refreshing pick-me-up.
Pro tip: add a shot of the concentrate to your favorite cocktail ;)
Green Tea

Classic Milk Tea - 1 concentrate to 3 milk (1:3 ratio).

Sparkling Tea - 1 concentrate to 3 sparkling water (1:3 ratio).
Pro tip: add a shot to your Pomopelmo San Pellegrino for an extra refreshing kick.
Jasmine Tea

Classic Milk Tea - 1 concentrate to 2 milk (1:2 ratio).

Sparkling Tea - 1 concentrate to 3 sparkling water (1:3 ratio) for a refreshing pick-me-up.

Boba Cooking Instructions
Consume within 4 hours of cooking & DO NOT REFRIGERATE.
In raw form, keep out of direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place.
Materials needed: small pot, hot water, and a stove-top.

Boil 2 quarts of water in a small, clean pot.

Once the water is ready, pour in raw boba.

Simmer on low heat for 20 min, lid cracked.

Stir occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the pot and thorough cooking of all the balls.

Turn off the fire. Set timer for 20 min, close the lid and let sit.

Strain out water & pour into cup.

Mix brown sugar packet with boba until it's melted.
-
Fin! Top with your favorite drink!
Pro tip: For softer/chewier boba - add 5 minutes to each timer.

Brown Sugar Milk
These ratios are for a 100% sweet drink.

1 brown sugar to 8 milk (1:8 ratio)
For more sweet, use more brown sugar. For less sweet, use more milk
Pro tip: use a dash of brown sugar as a sweetener for your other drinks!

Matcha
Keep refrigerated.
Materials needed: round bowl, whisk, small sift, measuring cup, hot water, m(y)lk (optional), favorite cup (optional).
Matcha Latte

Sift 2 teaspoons of matcha into a round (matcha) bowl

Add 2 ounces of 180F water
-
Whisk for 15-20 seconds in an N motion continuously
-
Fill your favorite cup with ice and add 6 ounces of m(y)lk
-
Pour in matcha slowly on the ice for that aesthetic layered look.

Enjoy!
Pure Matcha Tea

Sift 1 teaspoon of matcha into a round (matcha) bowl
-
Add 4 ounces of 180F water
-
Whisk for 15-20 seconds in an N motion
-
Enjoy straight from the bowl!
Hojicha Tea
Materials needed: small saucepan, m(y)lk (optional), sugar
Keep out of the sun in a cool, dry place.
Hojicha Latte

Pour our pre-measured bag of hojicha tea and 12 ounce m(y)lk into a small saucepan

Cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes

When the m(y)lk is about to boil, turn off the fire and let sit for 30 seconds
-
Strain out the tea leaves and pour latte into your favorite mug.

Add sugar to your preference and VOILA!

Hot - enjoy as is

Iced - let cool in fridge before pouring over ice so it doesn't dilute the drink.

Hojicha Tea

1 teaspoon of tea leaves

1 cup of water, 195F
-
Steep for about 30 ~ 60 seconds
